“I never experience this kind of treatment in my whole life. DOJ has millions of budget and yet they are feeding me dried fish and chicken feet (adidas) almost everyday. Who in the hell can survive with this kind of treatment?”, the emotional De Lima told reporters.
“I need delicious and healthy food if Duterte wanted to have a good fight. But if he is coward enough to let me die without fighting, then so be it”, the senator said.
De Lima has been detained for months due to her alleged connection in the proliferation of drugs that involves high profile prisoners inside the New Bilibid Prison.
“I am getting used to be here now. But at least I need some good food”, De Lima said.
